RESERVATION POLICY

Arrival and departure

• Check-in time 17:00 | Check-out time 11:00

• You must inform the property in advance of your arrival time, which must be between 17:00 and 20:00.

• Departure is between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

 

Security deposit

• A security deposit of EUR 300 is required before arrival for incidentals. This can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded in full on check-out in cash or by bank transfer, subject to a damage inspection.

 

Identity document

• To ensure security and compliance with booking conditions, the owners reserve the right to request the transmission of a valid identity document for each tenant before their arrival on the premises .

 

Supplements

• Cleaning supplements (€50) must be paid separately directly to Marie and Simon if cleaning has not been carried out.

 

Special conditions

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• Children over 2 years old are subject to the “Adult” rate.

• The cottage cannot accommodate extra beds.

• Guests should avoid making noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• Pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

The gîte does not fully comply with accessibility standards for people with disabilities, due to a small step at the entrance and for access to the bathroom. However, guests with reduced mobility are very welcome. We always do our best to accommodate them and make their stay as pleasant as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. If the reservation was made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, a full refund for cancellations made will be processed within 48 hours of booking. Beyond that, a 50% refund applies up to 7 days before arrival. No refunds will be made after this deadline.
